At the end of our photoshoot for their new album, our pals in the group Franks & Deans mentioned they wanted to do a music video to help promote the launch of “The Best You’re Gonna Feel All Day”. Having seen the video we made for their Squidhat Records label-mates The Quitters, the band thought us Squares could make something fun for their first single from the new record; an amped up re-imagination of the Bobby Darin standard “Splish Splash”. A few months later with a top-shelf video crew, a bunch of fun loving maniacs, and a perfect party house location, we spent the day rolling cameras on a Vegas style punk rock pool party.
